Responsible to purchase the full ranges of \"unified\" and \"unique\" of Kingfisher, to be sold in 1300 stores all around Europe (BQ, Screwfix, Castorama Fr, Castorama Pl, Brico Depot Fr, Brico Depot Ro, Koçtaş); working directly in lateral management with 10 buying offices situated in Europe, Middle East and Asia.Working in partnership with the product team to define the suitable product range, and responsible for the final selection of supplier along with the final negotiation.Responsible for the cost analysis (design to cost) and also for the alignment of the raw material purchases of all suppliers to fit the group strategy.In search for new potential suppliers who correspond to the new sourcing solutions we are looking for and who can support the new strategy of Kingfisher.Occassional travel to the factories, fairs, and buying offices for the management of the ranges, management of the cost and to ensure the reduction of the cost.Collaborate in the range structure and product developement with the engineering team.Launch of the new ranges in stores | Following all projects until the implementation stage and also monitoring the performance of sales.Full management of the supplier portfolio.Management of sourcing assistants and lateral management of the sourcing office teams for my categories.
