With a Bachelor of Mass Media from Mumbai University, specializing in advertising, I embarked on my career in the field of content writing, but soon made a horizontal switch to the field of Human Resources owing to my natural affinity and passion for it. Currently at Gozoop, my core responsibility lies in building great teams and ensuring a great work culture. Through the years at Gozoop, I\'ve seen the organisation grow from 30 employees to over 150 across the globe and as one of the many pillars behind Gozoop’s acquisition of iThink Infotech and Red Digital, I ensured the integrity of Gozoop’s unique work culture during this decisive movement in the company’s growth story.Through my journey at Gozoop, our people practices found voice in Gozoop being recognized among the Top 100 Best Workplaces by The Great Place to Work Institute, India, a recognition that is all the more noteworthy as Gozoop is the youngest company and the only media agency to feature on the list.
