I am working as an Assistant technical support Manager Service for North Indian states and Nepal.I am also responsible for Installation and Customer technical service support of Canon Angiography systems(Cathlabs) & CT scanner with the team of 4 nos. engineers. • Responsible for planning of PM/Service calls for all Cathlabs in the region to reduce downtime for customers. • Responsible for making daily plans for engineers and keeping focus on Service/upgrade business for the organization. • Provide technical support to engineers & help them grooming their technical • Erbis is an official distributor of all equipment’s of Canon Medical systems in have an experience of electronics & electrical circuits with a demonstrated history of working in the medical device industry. And have Skilled in Medical diagnosis & Imaging Devices with related to Field Service Management.Good Knowledge of Installation, Troubleshooting and Manufacturing of all Radiology imaging Products.Professional Qualification, completed a Diploma in Medical Electronics Engineering and focused on Medical heathcare equipments with strong Engineering and various types digital electronics circuts from State Board of Technical Education and Training Board.I have also good Knowledge of Computer systems like;MS word,MS excel,MS.Office,ERP Systems,E-sales,Team centre software
