Our team builds tools and processes for the Global Customer Success Group of ~4500 Support Engineers, who provide customer service on ~1.8 million cases a year. As a Product Owner - key responsibilities include working with business stakeholders to prioritise the backlog based on hypothesised outcomes, understand and document requirements, create executable user stories and refine with the engineering team, and working with the scrum team to ensure smooth delivery by engaging Legal, Security, Architecure, and AI Council teams, while constantly communicating progress with leaders and business stakeholders. Additionally, presenting important Point-Of-Views to influence the Product Roadmap, and tracking adoption and efficacy of released features to close the loop. Currently working on Agentforce - an Employee Support Agent which has the potential to increase operational efficiency exponentially while reducing cognitive load for Support Engineers, reducing Time To Resolution on a case, and increasing Customer Satisfaction. In the past - have led key projects like Unified Customer Profile to surface information for Engineers, improve Security by implementing a Threat Detection system, and worked with end users on improving the Support Console.
