Working within the Sustainability Reverse Logistics team: building a brand new Solutions Architecture org from the ground up hiring new Solution Architects and facilitating growth of the team through 1-2-1 and group mentoring- Developed a robust playbook: how SAs engage with customers from pre-sales processes (developing a solutions plan based on data from the Sales teams) through to discovery workshops incorporating customer strategic vision and customer tech stack to ensure long term software engagement. Post-sales processes include quarterly check-ins with the customer - going onsite as needed to ensure the solution in place is still optimal and to also drive upsell opportunities- Effective project scoping: working with Sales and Product teams to provide time and budget costings for RFPs- Enterprise level projects: worked with FedEx to develop and implement a huge package-less and label-less returns network across the USA. This network linked in to sorting centres which processed returns and considered disposition, promoting sustainable practices.
