Today\'s world is becoming more data driven than ever. Every industry in business is gathering enormous amounts of data, but many companies struggle with knowing how to use or interpret their data correctly. I\'m passionate about helping companies make more informed decisions with the data that they are currently collecting. I believe one of the best ways to empower companies to make sound business decisions is through data visualization. There\'s a handful of software right now that provides options for businesses to build out effective dashboards with visualizations that allow users to tell a compelling story with their data.My current role focuses on end-to-end data enablement for the consumer markets division of T-Mobile, which includes all front-end retail stores and our customer care division. This includes a wide variety of activities mainly centered around data sourcing, management, and ETL, as well as preparing custom data sets for reporting. Reporting is then used by our C-Level for driving critical business steering decisions, back office employees who support our retail & customer care fleets, and front-line employees that utilize the reporting to track their performance metrics. All of these uses help T-Mobile deliver an overall first in class experience for our customers.
