Responsible for implementation and migration of 200+ credit card portfolios onto the Fiserv Optis system, including data mapping, testing, issue resolution, and process improvement- Work with vendor, client, and internal teams to drive migration and Net New solutions that support project implementation approach and phases- Oversee additional enhancement projects from start to finish to ensure both quality and a timely delivery- Engaged in client incidents, cases, and open projects to discover root causes and provide timely resolution options for clients- Create the data conversion strategies for projects, specifically Collections, MoveIT, Hard/Soft tokenization, Credit Console, Credit Decision Manager, Adaptive Control System, Payment Defender, Bureau Source, and Credit Bureau Reporting. Reporting implementation tasks using several different systems and applications including PCF, Dynamic Reporting, Rules, ServiceNow, Service Center, Client360 and Bluezone/Optis- Perform analysis on the integrity and quality of data as well as cleansing of data as per the rules provided.
