As an integration lead, worked on the Freight Forwarders project to enable the automated EDI transmission process between two new freight forwarders. Worked with multiple third parties, business, IT and SAP resources to deliver the project on time and under budget. • As an integration lead, worked on Rule 11 project to make how the rail movement contracts work in the freight process. • Managed and ensured the five separate initiatives are coordinated with internal client partners and external partners to support project milestones. • Planned, managed and sequenced the work of the total 15 onshore and offshore resources to maximize their output to make up aggressive timeline. Drafted the resource plan and deliverables’ tracker to ensure the right staffing schedule to deliver the work in a timely fashion.
