Baninder is the Co-Founder and Head Roaster at Savorworks Roasters. Recognized in the industry as ‘India’s first Specialty Sardar Coffee Roaster’, he made his space in the industry. He believes that ‘Savorworks is a project and passion where their passion and love compel them to make coffee artisanally and carefully to maintain the original flavors from their origins’.Baninder started his dream project in 2020 amidst lockdown and things have been looking up for him ever since, his motto stands ‘to make the coffee transparent and traceable so that the person serving the coffee is aware of the person who harvested the coffee’.Making space in the blooming home brewers market, he aspires to make a more honest way of buying coffee.
