1. Senior Technical Program Manager (Staff Level)

   I am a senior leader who operates in the product and the infrastructure space across Meta. I energetically jump into any area, identify the gaps and needs, and set up a sustainable program for strategic and tactical execution, where I scale through peers including TPMs and engineering leadership for success. At Meta, I have enjoyed supporting programs of all sizes, including many small teams executing precisely, up to company-wide initiatives where my work directly reports to the COO, CTO, and CEO. Examples of work include: 1. TPM leading mitigation of a company-wide capacity supply chain crisis - During the outbreak of COVID, over a mere two weeks, peak product growth spiked by 20%, while the ability to procure hardware in data centers halted. Company leadership and I partnered with five area tech leads to pivot the work of the 20k engineering workforce and prioritize high-scale efforts to keep our infrastructure stable, and our MVP products able to launch. As a result, from strikeforce creation to wind-down, we did not experience any critical live issues, and were able to launch the highest-priority products, such as a Messenger Group Calling product. Capacity TPM lead of the IG & FB Ranking and Recommendations Platform - I supported the back-end capabilities of a billion dollar multi-tenant platform that powered the stories, posts, and statuses that people see on Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. Working with customers and developers to identify the shortfalls of a legacy system causing issues in production and engineering toil. In partnering with 25 engineers, we developed an ideal end-state, and worked backwards with a project plan and the normal software dev life cycle to achieve it. Projects included implementing performance regression analysis tooling, hardware load balancing improvements, and more.
