About Siddhartha Banerjee
I am passionate about developing innovative solutions (using ML/AI or otherwise) that improve the efficiency and safety of robotics applications deployed in the real world.During my most recent stint as a Lead Robotics Software Engineer at Diligent Robotics, I led the development of remote operations for a fleet of over 100 robots across multiple client sites. I helped scale the remote operations from a single robot to a large fleet, integrating new systems, vendors, and hardware in the process. I contributed to all layers of the robot and cloud software stack and headed regular architecture reviews for large parts of Diligent software.I hold a Ph.D. in Robotics from Georgia Institute of Technology and a BS in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science from Yale University.
