I’m a software development manager in large-scale cloud networking, leading teams that build and operate routing and gateway platforms across multi-region, multi-cloud topologies. In my current role as Sr. Software Development Manager at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), I lead a distributed team across the US and India where we’ve delivered major re-architecture milestones while scaling the org rapidly and installing durable mechanisms (hiring loop, onboarding, and performance cadence). Key outcomes include enabling sub-millisecond OCI Database access, achieving <15s route propagation across multiple networking control planes, improving availability and reducing deployment-related incidents by ~70% through stronger validation mechanisms.As a Software Development Manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS), I lead a team of full stack and embedded engineers who work on the new features and services on AWS Direct Connect, a cloud service that offers secure and reliable connectivity to AWS resources.
