Finance Specialist Accounting & Financial Controlling Industrial @Adduxi

Fully in charge of the finance function (accounting and controlling) for the US subsidiary of an industrial group. Acting as the single point of contact for all financial matters- Full management of Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable (30+ entities): monitoring payments, proactive follow-ups, issue resolution, reconciliation with logistics invoicing- Monthly, quarterly & annual closings: preparation of closing files (P&L, cash flow, aging, sales/purchases), posting of month-end entries (accruals, deferrals, depreciation, reclassifications, adjustments), inventory review and gross margin variance analysis- Procure-to-Pay control: verification of consistency between POs, logistics receipts and supplier invoices, monitoring variances and impact on purchasing costs- Bank reconciliations: full integration of payments in Sage Intacct, posting of miscellaneous payments, consistency checks with banking flows- Financial analysis & reporting: monthly P&L production, KPI tracking, variance analysis (Actual vs Budget, Actual vs PY), preparation of flash revenue and margin reports- Cash management: monitoring liquidity flows, anticipating cash needs, tracking in-transit items and impact on profitability- Tax & compliance: management of local regulatory requirements (1099/W9 forms, tax return preparation, documentation compliance)- Cross-functional communication with Logistics, Sales, US management and HQ Europe, including delivery of consolidated monthly reporting packages- Payroll administration: payroll entries in the accounting system, reconciliation with payroll system and administration (wages, reimbursements, 401k, health insurance).Sole Finance point of contact on site: ensuring accuracy of financial information, improving internal processes, and acting as liaison with HQ.
