Welcome to my profile! As a seasoned and trilingual Sales Enablement Leader, my mission is to drive excellence and AI in sales performance, growth, and strategy. My expertise includes building and implementing Enablement strategies that align with organizational goals, hiring top talent, and scaling. Currently, I lead Startups Leadership Enablement at Amazon Web Services (AWS) supporting 600+ account teams, 150+ managers and 4 directors globally to Go-To-Market (GTM) successfully and acquire the enterprises of tomorrow, win strategic workloads and lead with Gen AI globally. Inclusion, Diversity and Equity (IDE) hold a profound place in both my personal and professional journey, inspiring me to co-found the EMEA IDE Chapter at AWS. It now embraces 1,400+ Amazonian change agents across 35+ countries. Deliverables included building IDE programs, training and providing frameworks for leadership teams to hire, coach, and promote diverse talent. Outside of work I am dedicated to guiding professionals towards their professional goals as the Founder of my own Career and Public Speaking consultancy. Having reviewed over 900+ resumes and 200+ candidates globally, my goal is to match the right person with the right role and their purpose. Leveraging my certification as an executive speaker and coach, I specialize in equipping professionals and leaders with the strategies necessary to effectively GTM and articulate their message with impact.
