Accountable for overall sales growth and targets in California for commercial Individual and Family plans product line including broker/consultant distribution channel and Covered CA marketplace. Responsible for developing and executing strategic plan to achieve targets and expand broker and customer base across the state. Oversees all sales distribution channels, Covered CA Account Management team, Community Engagement team and analytics team. In addition, responsibilities include collaboration with broker and/or consultants to expand partnership, analyze competitive landscape, forecast and project expected sales volume, understand customer and market trends, developing internal processes, and creating member retention strategies to maximize segment growth.
