Inspiring Leader Visionary Champion Creative Strategist I am an inspirational leader who lives by example; I am continually challenging myself to grow and improve. In this way, I inspire others to do the same. I cultivate engaged, productive teams that are exceptional at what they do and produce dramatic results; spreading this throughout the organization. I enjoy a good challenge, I like to take on projects large and small, utilizing creativity, strategy, and solid planning principles to complete on time, budget, while exceeding expectations. I have the unique ability to see situations from both the detailed and high level, giving me the advantage to strategize ideas that will benefit all layers of the organization. One of my greatest passions, and one that I believe has taught me more than any book (although I love these too) is working with horses.
