In my role as a Process Engineer at Kimberly-Clark in the United Kingdom, I am leading process optimization projects to enhance product quality and reduce costs. By implementing lean six sigma methodologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams, I successfully improved operations management and problem-solving capabilities. My focus on digital manufacturing solutions led to increased efficiency and streamlined processes.• Provide the leadership, technical development and technical control to the manufacturing plants so that this process operates at the highest productivity and profitability levels.• Participate in the design programs that maintain occupational health, safety and housekeeping of the highest standard.• Assist in the development of a comprehensive quality control programs that minimizes waste and improves customer perception.• Ensure that the environmental design and operations of projects are within compliance of the standards of the Corporation and the Government.• Provide professional engineering knowledge and expertise for the solution of Mill daily operating problems.• Audit and make recommendations for the solution of problems relating to production, cost and quality of all production to assure the attainment of Mill Objectives and compliance with government regulations (specific to the manufacturing facility)• Develop and design process engineering equipment and systems needed to support plants.• Recommend items for P&E and major maintenance budgets and implement project assignments on authorized budgets within the prescribed time limits and cost allowances.• Be a lead and role model for the Process Technicians• Manage trial processes to the necessary standards.• Maintain material usage costs to within budget.• SMOC process for process engineering changes• Liaise with KC global for improvement initiatives, applicable workshops and visits.
