   As a RCC manager, I work closely with Executive and Senior Director of Programs to promote the mission and policy agenda of the RCC, build relationships, and seek collaboration on shared vision and goals. Manage the recruitment, orientation and support of RCC members and its working groups and Executive Committee. Facilitate convenings, surveys, online engagement tools (including Go vocal) to ensure that RCC members, partners, and community residents directly inform the strategic priorities of the RCC. Advise on processes to develop climate baselines, goals and action plans and support the development and implementation of a Regional Climate Action Plan. Coordinate the RCC member benefits and associated programming (consultations, fellowships, trainings, working meetings, funding, communications, etc.). Engage with and increase understanding among community leaders and community based organizations on the interconnectedness of climate action issues. Showcase accomplishments and create “good news stories” that inspire further action, including at local, regional, and national events and in external communication opportunities. Foster positive, inclusive relationships with current partners and identify opportunities for additional collaboration and outreach/engagement. Support content development, management, and partner contributions for a quarterly Climate Action newsletter and other communications strategies. Support data collection, and collaborate with and motivate partners to collect and retrieve data.
