Assist Product Owners and Agile Delivery Managers to refine backlogs with the aim of establishing and maintain a prioritised products that meets business needs Strategy evaluation – develop and critically assess options for future operating models System analysis – explore the wider context and provide a clear understanding of unintended impacts on the whole system in collaboration with development teams Assisting Delivery teams to rectify issues and improve service delivered to the customers against ServiceNow Platform.
