Brock currently serves as the Director of Athlete Development at the Junior Tennis Champions Center (JTCC) in College Park, MD, where he develops and implements strength, conditioning, and fitness programs for high-performance junior and professional tennis athletes. Brock’s background spans elite-level athletic and tactical performance, having previously served in associate and senior-level positions such as Lead Strength & Conditioning Coach for the 33rd Fighter Wing and Associate Sports Performance Coach at Norton Sports Performance in Louisville, KY. Alongside his extensive practical experience, Brock brings a wealth of classroom expertise, having served as an Adjunct Lecturer in Strength & Conditioning at both the University of Louisville and Bellarmine University. He holds a Master’s in Strength & Conditioning from the University of Louisville and actively maintains his CSCS, TSAC-F, and RSCC certifications from the NSCA.
