I am a Summa Cum Laude graduate of St. Francis College with a degree in Health Promotion and Sciences and a Master of Public Health, defending a thesis in Maternal and Infant Health, centering the topic as foundational to long-term educational and health outcomes. My training includes a dual specialization through the University of Colorado in School Health for Children and Adolescents and Newborn and Infant Care, grounding my work across the full continuum from preconception care through early adulthood.My academic foundation is rooted in public health theory, prevention science, and health education. With a strong focus on childhood development and community health, my work supports children, adolescents, and families through respectful outreach, wellness education, and program development that addresses the full spectrum of social determinants of health.Grounded in the Whole School, Whole Community, Whole Child (WSCC) model, my approach treats students as whole humans, not test scores with backpacks. I bring energy, empathy, and evidence-based insight to creating equitable, inclusive environments where education and health reinforce one another rather than compete for attention.As of Spring 2026, I serve as Adjunct Faculty in the Health Sciences and Leadership Department at St. Francis College and work with Eduvate Hub through a partnership with St. Francis and St. Clair Colleges, where my work lives at the intersection of wellness coaching, academic support, and health education.
