   I joined Axis Asset Management Company after completing the Springboard Training Program by Axis Mutual Fund at the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) — an intensive 80-day journey designed to ensure a smooth transition from campus to corporate life. This program went beyond conventional training, equipping me with the knowledge, skills, and mindset essential to excel in the financial services industry.I gained hands-on exposure through role-plays, live case studies, real-world product discussions, and market analysis exercises.Throughout the program, I developed strong expertise in financial products, mutual funds, sales strategies, communication, and presentation skills. I also enhanced my ability to bridge theory with practice, adapt to challenges, and perform effectively in high-pressure environments. My dedication was recognized with a place among the Top 10 performers of the batch.Today, as a Management Trainee – Assistant Manager, I apply these learnings to support Axis AMC’s mission of delivering value-driven investment solutions. My focus is on blending financial expertise with client-centric strategies to foster trust, drive growth, and create long-term success.
