I have led UX design for both B2B and B2C SaaS products. I specialize in using design thinking to create user-centric products, conducting thorough user and field research, and developing detailed personas and empathy maps. My approach includes ideation through divergent thinking, creating customer journeys and user flows, and designing wireframes and prototypes.
