As a Contracts Manager and Project Manager (\"Employer-Employee Relationship\" Manager) at ICP Solutions, a US-based IT and consulting firm, I have over 12+ years of experience in bench sales and Recruitment, managing the full life cycle of placing consultants on various projects on a corp-to-corp basis. I have successfully sourced, interviewed, negotiated, and closed deals with candidates from diverse backgrounds and skill sets, including citizens, green card holders, and H1B visa holders. Reviewing MSA\'s and Other Agreements, issuing COI, WC, and managing contracts and services in accordance with company policies. Ensuring all contract documentation is up to date.
