I work as Assistant Manager at Yuva Mitra\'s Reliance Foundation Palghar Project.I completed my Master\'s in Social Work specializing in Rural Development from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Tuljapur. Before this role, I interned with organizations like Kudumbashree NRO, Amhi Amchya Arogysathi, Naandi Water, and TVS Foundation. These experiences taught me how to implement projects, work with communities, collect and analyze data, measure and report impact.I believe that lasting development happens when we listen to communities and use data to guide our work.
