Participate in scrum meetings and coordinate with Business Analysts to understand the business needs and implement the same into a functional design. • As a Part of Data and Services Team responsible to do the Data Analysis including historical data and debug the issues and provide solutions to fix the issues. • Responsible to perform the Data Validations for different Data sets on weekly basis and check for any Data Discrepancies by writing SQL queries and perform data analysis. • Responsible to analyze the data on Oracle database and build KPIs and Dashboards for the data to provide business solutions for the Clients. • Create design considerations that assists team with front-end changes. Run SQL Queries on Oracle database using Toad to analyze the data in backend tables and create BI Reports using Unify as a report development tool. • Work with business and development team to define needs, plan and execute on product enhancements. • Determine development impacts to current processing and work with programmers and users to ensure accuracy of enhancements. • Responsible to resolve the Defects and provide Enhancements to the existing Reports as a part of Report Development. Prioritize and identify cross application/system enhancements and manage defect resolution process. • Involved in Data Modeling Tasks to apply Member Security to the Models and maintain the security of the data among various Clients. • Involved in requirements gathering for ETL Development and Report Development from the Product & Delivery Teams. Perform analysis of system requirements and work closely with ETL developers and data modelers. • Perform ETL testing for newly developed code and enhancements to the existing core batches.
