   Development of Green Field Bridge across River Ganges connecting NH-31 near Bhaktiyarpur and NH-28 at Tajpur in the state of Bihar on DBFOT (Toll) basis. 51.270Km.(including 5.575 km long Main Ganga Bridge, featuring an Arch shape and a balanced cantilever design with a span length of 125 meters.)Roles & Responsibilities:1. Supervision of day-to-day activities of segments casting ( reinforcement cage making, Profiling, Shuttering, Concreting.) in accordance with the contract drawings and technical specifications.2. Documentation on daily basis i.e. keeping all records of segment casting.3. Site managements and coordination with client or consultants.4. Executed stressing and grouting operations on precast segments, along with crack repair activities, in accordance with quality and safety standards.5. Heading a team of Junior engineer, Foremen and Supervisors with skilled/unskilled labour in a day.6. Planning of daily and monthly works and resources.7. Management of segments casting drawings, BOQ and BBS ( including approval from GFC )8. Witnessed UPV Test on segments, Cube testing on UTM, Mix design of different Grades.9. Prepared and reviewed subcontract bills, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with project budgets.
