A seasoned professional with expetise in the domains of education, training, and administration, I have consistently demonstrated a commitment to academic excellence and student success. From 2016 to present, I served as a Trainer cum Administrator at Christos Institute of IELTS and Immigration Consultancy, where I delivered targeted IELTS instruction, conducted mock assessments, and provided individualized feedback to support students\' language proficiency goals, while also overseeing admissions, academic recordkeeping, operational coordination, and student counseling. In 2025, I joined the Gulzar Group of Institutes as a Training and Placement Officer from May to Nov 2025, responsible for organizing campus recruitment drives, developing and sustaining industry linkages, and conducting career readiness programs including resume writing workshops, soft skills training, and mock interviews, also facilitated internship opportunities, industrial visits, and guest lectures to ensure students are well-prepared for industry engagement. Holding a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering and an MBA in Human Resource Management, I bring a well-rounded blend of technical and managerial acumen. I now seek to further contribute my expertise in roles such as college lecturer, civil engineer, or HR manager, particularly within educational institutions, engineering firms, or healthcare organizations that value holistic development and operational efficiency
