Leading complex client transformation initiatives. Current initiative is end to end responsibility for a large ERP transformation across multiple divisions for one of our end clients. The ERP platform being deployed is Infors M3 which is also being integrated into local and other 3rd party applications and products. The role requires complete end to end delivery of such initiative/s considering both business and IT transformation. Applying industry recognised delivery methodology’s to ensure successful project/programme delivery, engaging with clients, agreeing scope, objectives, budgets, plans. Ultimately taking the committed and signed piece of work through to implementation and handover to BAU (where required). This requires extensive client engagement to senior executive level, engaging relevant client resources (internal and external) as required to achieve success. Whilst also taking leadership of budgets, governance, strategic thinking, planning, dependency management, delivery structures, stakeholder management, change management, technical delivery, and leading 3rd parties.
