Project: Lending Process Migration to Dynamics 365Project Brief: This project aimed to migrate lending product and service processes from the existing Business Process Management (BPM) system to the new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Dynamics 365. The overall objective was to optimize lending workflows, improve data management, and implement automation capabilities. These enhancements aimed to ultimately improve customer engagement and user experience for lending professionals within the organization.Responsibilities Working in Agile (Scrum) and participating in the Ceremonies accordingly. Contribute to the development and execution of the organization\'s business analysis strategy aligned with overall business goals. Leading the process of gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, to understand their needs and expectations. Leading business analysis activities throughout the project lifecycle, providing guidance to junior analysts and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the business analysis function, staying abreast of industry trends and e Collaboration with the Product Manager, Product Owner, Architects, and Developers to validate client needs in terms of technical feasibility, commercial relevance, and alignment with IT and strategic goals. Contributing to the Business Analysis Centre of excellence to implement the right practices and working closely with BA’s, product owners and project managers to implement the practices. Provide strategic decision support to senior management by offering insights and recommendations based on thorough business analysis.
