To accomplish this, I strive to make operations lean and develop high-performance teams with a culture of Continuous Improvement.I have successfully set up, managed and improved manufacturing plants in 6 countries across 4 continents and have current responsibility for managing multiple sites in Thailand, India, and Brazil. I am a multilingual, mechanical engineer with a Masters Degree in Lean Manufacturing.My versatile experience spans the entire product lifecycle from cradle to grave. Starting with Design for Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Capacity Planning, Greenfield Setups, Manpower Planning and Hiring, Production Management, to finally Product Sunset. I have exposure to a wide range of manufacturing processes from Die Casting to Machining, Assembly, and Fabrication. My accomplishments include establishing Global Manufacturing, Supply Base, Sourcing, and Warehousing strategy that has brought multi-million dollar savings to organizations.
