In my current role as a Cloud Engineer, I manage Microsoft 365 and Azure environments with hands-on expertise in Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Purview, and cloud security configurations. I execute hybrid and cloud mailbox migrations using PowerShell, ensuring seamless directory synchronization, identity integrity, and mail flow continuity.I configure transport rules, connectors, and mail flow policies, and perform advanced message trace analysis to troubleshoot delivery, spam filtering, and routing issues. My responsibilities include administration of Exchange Online objects such as shared mailboxes, distribution groups, permissions, and delegation models. I handle mailbox recall, eDiscovery tasks, mailbox export and restoration, and configure compliance features including Litigation Hold, retention policies, archiving, and Microsoft Purview governance controls. I also oversee Teams and OneDrive provisioning and cross-domain user migrations to maintain secure and reliable cloud collaboration environments.
