Engineering the future one at a Time! I’m a HIL Development Engineer. For me, engineering isn’t just about harnesses, frameworks and coding, but it’s about problem solving, innovation, and making vehicles smarter, more efficient, and more reliable.With a knowledge in HIL simulation and ECM validation, I create real world testing environments that push control modules to their limits before they hit the road. From designing test systems to figuring out performance, I ensure every development meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. But engineering is never a solo journey! I love collaborating with Model developers, hardware engineers, and product managers to turn complex challenges into breakthrough solutions. My approach is hands-on, analytical, and always driven by curiosity about what happens if I plug this in. Beyond work, I stay plugged into the engineering community, learning beyond my work in other domains. I believe in learning constantly, sharing knowledge, and giving back to shape the future of innovations.    Large Power System Design and Engine Control: optimizing engine control for various applications HIL Testing on Engine Control Modules: Performed Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing on Engine Control Modules (ECMs) for various programs based on Dual Fuel Engines, Methanol Engines, Hydrogen Engines. ECM Software Validation: Conducted thorough validation of ECM software, ensuring it meets performance and safety standards. Onboarding of NPI along with validation and verification on both Hardware and Software level. HIL Bench Development on a Hardware level like Harnessing from Hypertac connectors, ensuring it meets performance and safety standards. Framework development for multiple programs based on the number of cylinders and fuel types. Documentation: Meticulously documented validation results, providing clear and detailed reports to support further development and regulatory compliance.
