   Oversee sales and supply chain operations for Key Accounts across UP, MP, Uttarakhand, and Bihar, spanning E-commerce, Modern Trade, HoReCa, Railways, and Airport channels. Manage and coordinate with 35+ depots to ensure timely fulfillment of orders across 500+ retail outlets and customer locations. Lead daily coordination with a cross-functional team of over 100 people, including sales executives, depot staff, delivery teams, warehouse coordinators, and key account handlers. Ensure inventory accuracy, stock availability, and product freshness by maintaining high case fill and line fill rates, depot-wise and customer-wise. Conduct daily/weekly reviews with Sales Teams, Depot Managers, and Customers to track execution, resolve supply issues, and align on plans. Analyze stock levels, sales trends, and order pipelines to prepare accurate demand forecasts in sync with supply chain teams. Manage pallet transactions and reconciliation (EDA vs ERA) with Leap India and Pallori India, ensuring proper tracking and recovery. Build and maintain strong working relationships with top national accounts including Blinkit, Swiggy, Zepto, Flipkart, Metro, Big Basket, Walmart, and institutional clients like Inox, Cinepolis, Hotels, Government Canteens, etc. Supervise PO generation to final delivery, ensuring smooth and timely order fulfillment, zero billing errors, and high service levels. Monitor receivables and credit limits, and follow up for collections with finance and sales coordination.
