I also provide tax advice in relation to group restructuring, group rationalisation, deal with international tax aspects including certificates of residence and the application of double tax treaties. In addition, I assist clients with the complexities of corporate interest restriction and hybrid mismatch regulations and particularly enjoy the challenges of supporting UK businesses with international expansion plans or non-UK businesses coming to the UK.
