Wilder Coe Ltd is a professional services firm providing Audit & Assurance, Payroll, Book-keeping, HR, Tax services to clients.I support the partners and top tier of the company, acting as their advisor through the development and oversight of all company HR processes. This diverse role encompasses management of every aspect of the recruitment process, from selection and employee probationary period through training, mentoring, performance management, disciplinary and grievance procedures, to termination of contracts, including negotiations and settlement agreements.Key achievements: Developed & implemented a new induction programme & six weekly reviews, resulting in higher productivity and overall higher satisfaction rate from employees. Designed & rolled out a new HR system, making internal & external HR processes smoother & easier to action, whilst integrating internal functions more cohesively, resulting in better traction & communication between departments. Successfully implemented a competency-based framework for professional team members, bench-marking external benefits to ensure the competitiveness of our employee package. As a result, we now offer employees the option to purchase or sell annual leave. Introduced the production of a regular firm-wide internal newsletter, aimed at bringing the two disparate offices together as one firm, through improved internal communication. Developed, updated & reviewed all HR processes to ensure GDPR compliance. Successfully rolled out an applicant tracker system improving the efficiency of the recruitment process. Created new opportunities & cost-efficient methods of recruitment & selection, resulting in reduction of agency fees of £22k (44%) and more accurate performance analysis. Provided exceptional HR services to a UK and Overseas client base, incl. policy frameworks, contracts, starter and leaver process consultations, & cloud-based HR system implementation within a diverse industry set.
