Statistical Engine Tuning (Iter Consulting, 2018) and (Birlasoft, 2022) Global Service Supply Chain Transformation Project with BearingPoint: E2E inventory planning, distribution process value stream mapping and operations maturity evaluation for the EMEA, APAC and Americas Demantra Service Parts Planning Enhancements: designed and deployed usage demand-frequency and cost-based replenishment model to enable Selective Planning for service parts. 3 year ROI USD1,45 million based on productivity improvements achieved in the first 6 months after Go Live.
