Building client relationship by conducting business reviews.• Training and Development – Delivering training to new joiners and experienced employees on capital markets space during the induction and on job training.• On the Occasion of Campus Hiring, visited premium B-schools and assisted HR recruitment team to hire best Talent for the inhouse capacity utilisation teams like FA (including Recon), FR, Middle Office, TA etc.
