About Balasubramanian Gopalakrishnan

I am Senior Engineer in Qualcomm San Jose California. I work on Algorithm design and System level modeling of Frequency domain Recievers with the Systems Team inside Qualcomm. I graduated with a PhD from the Department of Electrical Engineering at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities Campus. My research focus was on designing Low complexity Adaptive Transmit Beamforming algorithms and Interference Management Techniques using Cross layer optimization for better Quality of Service at the user-side in Wireless Communication Networks. My advisor was Prof. Nikos Sidiropoulos. I am in constant pursuit of job opportunities where I can contribute using my strong expertise in digital signal processing and wireless communications and also learn new methods, techniques and skills to enhance and complement my existing skill-set.
