As a Fan engineer,I am responsible for overseeing fan section and reporting to the product manager-my main duties include monitoring and witnessing welding, fabrication and machining activities, creating daily production plans and analyzing rejection rates-I coordinate with material management, Quality, Design, Project, Engineering and Dispatch department- Preparation & monitoring of weekly and monthly progress report- Responsible for maintaining housekeeping and 5s in the shop floor- Responsible for employee safety and PPE in the shop floor- Updating production progress data and preparation of in-progress and final inspection report of the job - Responsible for the optimum utilization of all the resources 4M ( Man, Machine, Material, Method)-Maintain the all Production and shift wise manpower registers, records, etc.Successfully faced “Internal Audits” without NC. Driving employee involvement to production related activities-ISO 14001:2015 OHSAS 18001:2007 Certification Audits successfully completed. Conducted some internal Development Activities as part of increase the production-Mechanical running test- Hands on experience with latest testing equipment like Vibro-meters, Ultrasonic thickness Gauge, Pyrometer, and Quality instruments like Micrometer (OD & ID), Vernier caliper, Bore gauge, Slip guage, etc, and monitoring of equipment conditions- Good knowledge in alignments of mechanical equipment’s. Good knowledge in drawing study and responsible for preparation of specifications and history of equipments.
