Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures.• Prepare and update the plans throughout the year including tracking of related changes.• Develop and implement financial policies and processes in compliance with accounting standards.• Liaise with internal and external functions to promote understanding of business performance.• Coordinate the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections for international operations.• Manage daily accounting operations for international entities, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of international accounting operations.• Develop and document standard operating procedures for international financial processes.• Utilize advanced Excel skills and other financial tools to streamline reporting and analysis.
