Project - One VisionBusiness Analyst for project one vision Depot, Maintenance and Repair and HQ(Agency). engage with depot and agency personnel to gather requirements, prepare BRD and FSD documents, manage EDI requests and responses with third parties, provide troubleshooting support for EDI processing, and lead testing efforts in pre-production.Business Analyst on the \"One Vision\" project, supporting key tools used across Depot, Agency, and HQ offices: One Vision Depot, One Vision Maintenance & Repair and One Vision HQ.Engage directly with depot and agency personnel to gather requirements for enhancements and convert them into detailed BRD (Business Requirement Document) and FSD (Functional Specification Document) for the development team.Handle EDI request and response processes with third-party vendors and agency tools; provide troubleshooting and support for EDI files (COPARN, CODECCO, 315, Destim, Westime) that are not successfully processed in their respective support projects.Lead testing efforts for new developments and fixes in both pre-production and production environments to ensure operational readiness and smooth deployments.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and business stakeholders for seamless integration and deployment of solutions.Conduct root cause analysis for incidents occurring in existing developments, recommending correctiveactions and continuous improvements.Perform ongoing maintenance and provide support for EDI and system enhancements, ensuring reliability and compliance with business requirements and production environments.
