Working in ETD & OTC Trade Capture -(Dealing Products like Future,Option & CDS,CDX,TRS Swaps)- Possess strong knowledge and hands-on experience in both Exchange-Traded Derivatives (ETD) and Over-The-Counter (OTC) trade capture, with a comprehensive understanding of the trade life cycle for both types of instruments- Responsible for receiving daily futures and options blotter trade files from Investment manager, ensuring accurate trade economics details—such as trade price, quantity, commissions, security identifiers, and direction—are posted into the Investment Book of Record (IBOR) application- Generate variation margins for all active security IDs across various portfolio accounts, conducting multiple settlements to align final values with the current market amounts as reflected in broker statements- Process weekly options expiration trades in the IBOR application, providing clients with details on in-the-money and out-of-the-money options (based on strike and spot prices) via email, while sourcing market closing prices from Bloomberg- Execute partial and full Early options expirations in the IBOR application based on client instructions- Maintain a thorough understanding of the daily process flow, including upstream and downstream application connections- Regularly engage in Transaction Lifecycle Management (TLM) reconciliation, ensuring alignment between the Investment Book of Records (IBOR) and the Accounting Book of Records (ABOR) to promptly address and resolve any position and cash discrepancies- Receive OTC Swap trade tickets via XML files from clients for New trade bookings, Notional value step-ups and partial/full terminations for CDS, CDX, & TRS Swap products- Process Total Return Swap resets periodically based on Current Reset Price for the underlying asset, sending our reset calculation sheets to clients and brokers for confirmation. Upon agreement b/w two counterparties, initiate cash flows through our internal application.
