Throughout my tenure, my responsibility has been to drive multiple projects in parallel, developing test strategy, plans, estimates, and schedule, to support projects and product releases, provide documentation to management and project teams to determine release readiness of products/features. Meanwhile, I maintain the balance between cost of the work, workflow productivity, reliability of the product, its capabilities and development time, by using additional resources or reallocating available ones if needed.Further, my emphasis has always been on applying best practices for improving the performance & retaining pace with the current technological change. Moreover, I generate software testing plans including resource requirements, schedule assumptions, and scope based on inputs from Development, Sales & System Test Management, and coordinating test plans across multiple test organizations & facilities.In addition, I run the automated test suits and able to identify the errors in the automated test cases & solve.
