   Corporate Finance- Credit• Ensuring quick and timely appraisal of new and exisiting MSME/ Corporate proposal and analysis of Balance sheet / Appraisal / Assessment of credit proposal, Credit Monitoring & follow-up.• Credit Appraisals of corporate and MSME loans of ticket size 25Crs to 150 Crs• To Undertake survey to identify potential for MSME lending in respective areas of operation and prepare a project proposal for the sanction of Working capital and Term Loan facilities.• To ensure unit inspection and submit Technical Report and Performance Report before sanction as prescribed by the bank.• Organize and make presentations on various products of the Bank to MSME segments to various entrepreneurs.• Financial Analysis• Monitor for credit quality, profitability, risk and other guardrails (concentration, capital, etc.)• Ensuring that adequate policies & systems are in place for identifying, measuring, mitigating, monitoring and controlling of Credit Risk in respect of Bank\'s credit • Credit Risk Modelling and validation, RAROC Calculation.• Adhering to Turn-Around-Time (TAT) for processing New / Existing proposals and ensuring Balance Sheet considered for the proposals are the same as filed with ROCS.• Timely completion of Review/ Renewals of existing proposal, including Credit Risk assessment in proposals. Obtaining data/information from customers for assessment and processing of the proposal. • Analysis & appraisal of credit proposal including adhoc facilities / restructuring / any other type of business or general proposals pertaining to the unit. Rectifying irregularities pertaining to pre-sanction, which is pointed out in various Credit Audit reports.• Obtain and verify the legal search reports / valuation reports of properties offered as Primary/Collateral securities. ROC search at each sanction of the limits to the Unit. Arranging for compilation / updation of opinion reports and CIRs.• Carrying out of Due diligence on credit proposal assigned.
