My objectives as the Chairman of Excelencia are 1.Employee empowerment-both in technology and personality,2.client satisfaction- by way of promised quality and timely delivery and value add wherever possible.3.As a resultant factor of the above two to improve the revenue, profits and ROI for all the above stakeholders including the promoters/ board concerned.As we cross our next milestone in our journey in 2023,the current mission for myself personally is to help achieve their financial freedom of all the leaders/ professionals who believe the brand ‘Excelencia’ and are contributing continuously for its growth, and help them grow technically and professionally.This is my prayer and focus for the immediate foreseeable future!
