She is a revered resource person for various government and corporate training programs, nurturing skills in domains like CSR, project monitoring, policy implementation, financial management and entrepreneurship development. Her international collaborations span countries like the UK, Singapore, and Australia, enhancing her global academic footprint. Despite being a highly regarded academician and researcher, she found her passion for training human resources and community-based activities.
