With about 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, I am a seasoned leader and a SOC design expert, experience leading the SOC Program Management from Concept to Launch at Silicon Labs and Qualcomm. I have successfully worked on more than 15 tapeouts across various roles and domains, including Global Delivery Management, Program Management, SOC Pre-Silicon Verification/Integration and CPU Architecture Verification.At Silicon Labs, I led the core team towards gate reviews and ensure gate exit, schedule and resource planning for the teams, establish new processes and implement them across all functions, and review the dependencies and risks from time-to-time to identify mitigation plans. I also have extensive experience in working with multi-site teams, technical leadership, resource planning, stakeholder management, product development process and product development life cycle. My skills include Debugging RTL, Verilog, System Verilog, UVM, AXI, x86 Architecture, C, Assembly programming, Perl, and Program Management tools.
