Providing financial information and recommendations to the BU Leaders for decision supportive activities Commit / Budget – Preparation and submission of annual Budget and consolidation for entire business Act as a single point of contact between BU leader and Finance team and provide business / Finance information Monitoring, Analyzing and Reporting analysis of business performance (Actuals) vs budget and forecast Working closely with Operations, HR and Other teams to prepare estimates Maintain consistent and effective closing procedures and provide timely and accurate reporting across teams Variance analysis by function/Account (VPY, VOP, VLE) and Head Count Analysis on monthly basis Review with Stakeholders – Performance plan to remediate gaps, update estimates for further months Responsible for preparing decks to BU Leaders and other senior management Validate accuracy of financial data and business information and reports by performing reconciliation Develop the models for Cost Comparison and Cost savings, Working on cost per Hour and Per Head calculations Analyzing current and past trends in key performance indicators and monitor performance indicators Performing on financial reporting, ad-hoc business analysis and presenting recommendations to leadership Facilitate financial reviews with business group and work with leaders to ensure effective finance management Analyzing business performance and provide financial insights, Risk & Opportunities, and advice.
