Also Lead the HR Digitalisation and analytics CoE.I handle Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC) interactions pertaining to KMP, SMP remuneration. Additionally, I am also the conduit for Global practices and processes in rewards, facilitating their implementation across Bosch entities in India and consultative support and governance for seven Bosch entities in India.In my earlier role at Bosch Global Software Technologies Pvt. Ltd, I was handling the entire Compensation & Benefits and adjacent processes for the Technology Centre for plus employees.
